Movie trailer parodies are still like, my favourite thing. I wanna make one, and I’ve got an idea, but it’s a secret right now. Anyway, the latest phenomenon is making Brokeback Mountain spoofs (Brokeback To The Future, anyone?). Like, there are 30 something to watch on this site, with love stories from Heat, Fight Club and Arrested Development among others. Spend an hour weeping because of the tragic Brokeback guitar chords, yet giggling because of the hilarious way in which these flicks have been skewed. Thanks to Best Week Ever for the link!

Did you hear Matte talking about the autistic basketball team manager who scored 20 points in a game?
Even if you didn’t, you have to see the video! It’s amazing, real and will make your stomach weep. Does that make sense? No? Well, it’s awesome.
Check it out on our VideoBomb Page!!

Awhile ago, Fatboy Slim called out to the people. He said, “people, make me a video using my song ‘The Joker’, and I shall pick a winner”.
Can you stand the suspense?
I don’t know how old this is, but there are kittens involved and as such, I am obliged to post it. Here’s the winner!

Daniel Craig can’t get no respect. The poor guy’s been cast as James Freakin’ Bond and people just aren’t feeling it. Like, there’s a whole website dedicated to being anti-Daniel (as Bond), which I think is just mean, but very amusing nonetheless. Ok, it’s not mean. Most funny is this section of the site, which says that Daniel resembles lots of things, but not Bond. Like Kramer, and Agent Cody Banks. Oh, Daniel. You’re filling big shoes, sir - but I’m still willing to give you a chance.
And I can’t stop staring at this.

OK, Metric just performed “Dead Disco” on MOD and just about blew the roof off this joint. Soooo good. I cannot WAIT until Friday when Wendy and I go to see Metric’s Kool Haus show, which has been sold out solid for months and months and months.
Then we’ll get to hear the infamous extenda-version of “Dead Disco”, which features Emily Haines bashing the junk out of her keyboards and rockin’ out like a mofo. What a rock ‘n roll goddess!

Why, yes. Yes I do love Metric, as their website happens to be named (www.ilovemetric.com). I feel a little lame, cause I jumped on the bandwagon later than most cool people when I chatted with Emily and James last summer. Doing research turned me into a diehard!
The band just finished their soundcheck for today’s MOD, and I’m not gonna give away their two-song set list but I will say the songs rhyme with “zonkster mospital” and “bread crisco”. That’s all you’re getting.
Oh, and guess what else - you can watch their full performance online tomorrow and eventually download it to your mobile phone!

I’m the King of annoying people, and I just found a new way to do it … it’s called BadgerBadgerBadger.com.
HA HA SUCKAS!
Oh yeah - another one that rules is Emotion Eric. It’s this dude who conveys every emotion imaginable, through the magic of digital photos. My favorite is “indifference”, or maybe “soylent green is people”, or maybe “from rice to riches”. Anyway, it’s my favorite ever. EVER!
Peace.

Hannah and her grill just cornered me in a dark alley and my natural survival instincts came out: I took pictures. More to come next week-ish, when we feature an Inside piece on grills!
