2010 Polaris Prize Shortlisters Make 2011 Predictions

An impressive 2010 Polaris Music Prize shortlist was announced Tuesday under the sweltering summer sun in Toronto. Nominees included Owen Pallett for Heartland, Karkwa for Les Chemins De Verre and Shad for TSOL. We figured these elite musicians have their ear to the ground for what we should be listening to this year.
