Every media outlet in the world right now is reporting that Harry Styles and Taylor Swift have split after two months of dating, thus ending the Haylor Reign. The couple, who went public with their romance at the beginning of December, are said to have ended their relationship after they had a huge fight while on holiday in the Carribbean last week.

A source told the New York Post’s Page Six that 23 year-old Taylor Swift broke up with 18 year-old Harry Styles after they had a massive argument while on vacation together over the holidays, resulting in Taylor leaving their resort early. Taylor hinted that all was not well between the couple later that day when she tweeted “…’til you put me down.”

Maybe I’m a romantic, or maybe I’m in denial, but here are my five reasons why I refuse to accept that Haylor are done.

5. Til You Put Me Down is a song by Richie Kotzen and boasts Taylor-rrific lyrics all about breaking up. Maybe she’s offering a friendly tweet in support of bestie Selena Gomez?

4. Speaking of Selena, I cannot handle the end of Jelena and Haylor in a one-week period. I’m only human. This is too much.

3. If Taylor can make writing the number ’13′ on your hand cool then she can make this thing work.

2. They haven’t been dating long enough for Taylor to be grilled by Ellen DeGeneres, which is a milestone for all of Taylor’s relationships. Exhibit A, Exhibit B and Exhibit C.
