50 Cent ft. Alicia Keys “New Day” (stream)

Need a reason to celebrate? Well Alicia Keys sings that a new day is enough. That being said, we all know a new day gets a whole lot better when 50 Cent, Alicia Keys and Dr. Dre release a new collaboration. There is, currently, some confusion over who produced the track. Swizz Beatz was originally announced as the producer but it is being reported that, in addition to providing a verse, Dre produced as well. The energetic drums and full wall of sound works within both their production styles, so we’ll have to keep an eye on this one. This is the second time Alicia Keys offered a hook for a rap song. Let’s see if this song can top “Empire State of Mind.”
