50 Cent might be a tough rapper but is still human in Twitter pictures

Yesterday 50 Cent tweeted photos of himself in the hospital for a stomach ailment. In a very human picture, we can see that 50 wasn’t really feeling the surgery. He went to tweet, “I don’t want to go into surgery”. Aww, 50, seriously it’s okay to be scared to hospitals, doctors, and getting operated on. We think his friends were pretty cool because they also surprised him with some more friends of the furry variety. Check the photo below.

Okay. Now we get it, but seeing 50 surrounded with quite possibly the cutest stuffed animals ever and the most gangster-looking face just … it is surreal. Like seeing Lady Gaga without makeup. Or seeing Taylor Lautner with a shirt on. It just doesn’t make sense!
