Among my favourites:

Stop Taking Pictures With Your Cell Phone
No Yelling Out Song Requests
Enough With the Ironic Facial Hair

I couldn’t agree more. There’s even a few bits about wardrobe etiquette for band members on stage. I see people commit these offenses regularly – when will people learn!
