*Miley Cyrus wants Sex in the City….in the role of teenaged Carrie Bradshaw! The hit tv series and movie franchise is now moving in the direction of a prequel: the rumour mill is already turning around a movie version of the NYC girls teenaged years based on the novel “The Carrie Diaries”, and young Hollywood starlets are lining up for the coveted role (but there are not even definite plans for a movie yet!)

*Jersey Shore’s newest man candy is …..Enrique Iglesias? Well, not exactly. Enrique is teaming up with the cast to shoot a music video for his new single “I Like It” from his new album “Euphoria”. You can check out pics of Enrique and the cast HERE.

*MTV Movie Awards are ripe with previews – this Sunday, the awards show will have both an exclusive sneak peak of Eclipse…..and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

*Kristen Stewart has made a public apology for comparing her life with the paparazzi to rape. Instead, she says “violated” should have better described it.

*Marvel’s Hawkeye is close to being cast. The Hurt Locker’s Jeremy Renner is close to signing a deal with the movie, where he would be paired alongside Robert Downy Jr.’s Iron Man, Chris Evan’s Captain America, Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, and possibly even Edward Norton’s Hulk.
