A new Rihanna album?

Is Rihanna releasing a new album on November 23rd? If her short tweet on Tuesday is anything to go by the answer could be yes.

The singer launched a new Twitter account where she posted the cryptic message: “The Wait Is Ova. Nov 23 09,” which is now also on her new official site, Rihannanow.com.

While her record label has yet to confirm any news, songwriter/producer Tricky Stewart told the Rap-Up.com that he does believe it will drop this year.

Of course, he followed that up by saying the two are just getting started and haven’t actually recorded anything for her album yet, so we’re not quite sure what to think right now.
