Hey y’all!

First off, I should introduce myself. I’m Brian and I’m one of the producers at Much.

But, more importantly for you guys, I was the personal wrangler for the lovely Taylor Swift when she came in for an intimate Live at Much.

The day of the show was a day filled with nerves, tension and excitement for our team, who had been planning this for over a month. Some of them were doing last minute changes to the show’s rundown. Others were rehearsing various camera shots and angles. Others were handling the 10 fans and making sure they were as relaxed as they could be before they met their idol. And others were still finishing the set, with hours to go! Talk about pressure.

Now, as her wrangler, I’m basically responsible for being Taylor’s escort around the studio and working closely with her management and security teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

When she arrived, the first thing I noticed was how tall she was. Usually, in celebrity-land, everyone seems larger on the big screen than the are in real life. Hello, Tom Cruise!

But, Taylor is tall! And she’s also very nice. The first thing she said was “Hey y’all! Thanks so much for having me!” and then she complimented one of my colleagues’ hair.

So, my diva concerns were quickly thrown out the window.

I was impressed with how she really is just a normal girl. While she was in her green room, she was curled up on the couch, tucked under her black peacoat for warmth, signing autographs to hand out to audience members. I guess it’s easy to stay grounded when your mom travels with you.

And, as you can see, the show was a great success. Taylor had a wonderful time. That moment when she first stepped outside to see the immense crowd, whoa! Goosebumps, right?

Anyway, our slick team pulled off a fantastic show and that’s just a little peek as to the many exciting things we have up our sleeves.

Hang on, peeps! Much is back!
