Action Bronson – “Blackbird” (stream)

Action Bronson’s “Blackbird” is perfect for fans of old-school beats and weird raps. Thelonious Martin throws down a laid-back beat with enough vinyl crackle to make Kool Herc proud. The Queens’ emcee gets odd in in the middle of some boasts when he raps that he “sounds shitty like a dingleberry” as well as some other eyebrow raisers.  Listen for yourself, maybe you can figure out what he wants us to think.
