ADR ‘Solitary Pursuits’ (Album stream)

ADR is Aaron David Ross, better known as one-half of NYC techno/industrial/Italian horror soundtrack buffs Gatekeeper. With his debut album, Solitary Pursuits, Ross has dropped the pulsating heaviness to focus on his collection of analogue synths. The result, as he puts it, is “a burning head-trip into electronic swamplands packed with science-fiction sonics. Korg portraits in deep Melancholia. Slo-Mo Drexciyan swoon. Analog Echoes of the Arabesque, in heartbreaking miniature. 21C-Frippertronics. Sun-burst boogie splashes. Library Music Rushes.”
Solitary Pursuits was released via Public Information on September 26th.
