Alexa Chung to star in Gossip Girl

Elizabeth Hurley and Ed Westwick are set to gain another fellow fashionable Brit on their cast when the final season of Gossip Girl airs this fall. British model and TV presenter Alexa Chung has been spotted on set of Gossip Girl in New York City, filming scenes for the upcoming season.

In 2009, Chung received her own talk show on MTV. It’s On With Alexa Chung featured the TV personality interviewing some of the biggest names in entertainment industry.

It’s unclear as to what role Chung will be playing in the sixth season of Gossip Girl, but one thing is for sure – she’s going to look fashionable and fierce.
