Alicia Keys launches jewellery line

Alicia Keys has added jewellery designer to her list of accomplishments.

The singer was in New York yesterday to launch her new jewellery collection. The line includes necklaces, earrings, watches and bracelets. For Alicia, designing jewellery isn’t that different from writing songs…

“I realized that this was another way to reach out to people and to really bring them inspiration in some way. If people tell me how much they love my music because it’s gotten them though a certain time in their life, I felt like this was an extension of music.”

Pieces in Alicia’s line range in price from $85 to $2500 U.S.
