ABDC get’s their MINAJ on! Girl’s got all kinds of personas in her videos…and she wants each crew to bring out a different one on the dancefloor! I aM Me, Iconic Boyz, Phunk Phenomenon and Street Kingdom get down with the Queen of Hip Hop and prove to everyone they deserve to be strutting on that stage! Challenge: childhood game
Song: Moment 4 Life
Hopscotch, skipping, swinging, limbo, sling-shots, whack-a-mole – anything you ever liked playing with as a child, I aM Me brought it to life in dance! And even they judges said, they were trying to find mistakes….AND THERE WERE NONE!
Iconic Boys
Challenge: move like Marionettes
Song: Check It Out
They pulled it off! Comedy, stunts, characters – all elements for a great performance brought to you by Iconic Boys! Marionettes are fun, and these guys had loads of fun with it and probably landed themselves in the finale!
BOTTOM TWO:
Phunk Phenomenon
Challenge: belly dancing
Song: My Chick Bad
Dance was siik! But, the belly dancing was one person. Watching the other groups incorporate the challenge using all the members (and in more than one move) you have to think they didn’t bring all they could with the challenge. But the other moves – SOLID!
ELIMNATED: Street Kingdom
Challenge: perform military drills
Song: Did It All
This is one of those challenges that benefit from having a large group. They could form two teams of soldiers, plus captains, and tell a bunch of different, moving stories. And they totally nailed all that and kept their dance style intact. I really liked this routine, but it wasn’t enough to save them. It’s sad to see them go.
