Eminem covers aren’t something you hear very often from female MCs, and so NYC rapper Angel Haze is definitely on to something here. I suppose “Cleaning Out My Closet” works better than most of Shady’s tracks, but considering the struggles a bisexual, half-Native American MC faces, it really works for her.
About the song, Angel writes, “Would like to start out by saying its really really explicit and probably the realest song I’ve ever recorded… Forgive me if its a little out there, but its something I felt I honestly had to do…”
“Cleaning Out My Closet” will be included on her upcoming CLASSICK mixtape, which hits the web on Thursday.
