Angels & Airwaves have announced details about a new tour and film.
Having just released their brand new album Love (for free!) on Valentine’s Day, Tom DeLonge told Billboard that the band plan to “keep working this record forever. There’s no stop as to what we can do and what kind of deals we can make.”
The deals he’s referring to are a couple of tours. The first is a typical promotional stint, while the second will be tied in with the release of a film appropriately titled Love, “a science fiction epic whose span reaches from the Civil War to the International Space Station and the end of Earth as we know it.”
Love was downloaded almost 300,000 times during the first 48 hours after its release.
The band will play 4 Canadian dates:
April 9 – Vancouver, Vogue Theatre
April 11 – Edmonton, Edmonton Events Centre
April 12 – Calgary, MacEwan Hall
April 28 – Toronto, Sound Academy
