ANTM: MAAAAAKEOVERS!

Finally, the fourth episode into the season, we get Makeover Day! Nothin’ says tears and whining like a good batch of dramatic haircuts. And nothin’ says mediocre makeover like a sketchy batch of weaves. Like, what’s up with Jenah’s blonde weave? When she stands next to Chantal, they look like a team of porn stars.

The Good:
* Heather. But that’s cause she looked good before, and they only gave her a trim. Add some layers, some waves, maybe?
* Janet. Work it, honey!
* Lisa. Fierce like our own Sarah Taylor!

The Bad.:
* Saleisha. It was supposed to be a hot Rihanna cut, but she ended up looking like Ringo Starr.
* Jenah. Again, get rid of that blonde-ass weave! Still, she can definitely work it out at photo shoots. This chick is good.

The Surprise:
* Bianca. They were gonna make her Beyonce blonde, but her hair was too damaged for a weave and they had to shave it off. She looks surprisingly awesome with no hair - WAY better than with the wig they gave her.

Otherwise, what a lame episode, huh? If it weren’t for the makeovers, it woulda been totally boresville. No fights, minimal crying, no Benny Ninja (next week! posing in the air on ICE!). I can’t wait til Lisa gets more air time. That girl’s got sass. Otherwise, my Wednesday night entertainment was topped by an episode of Restaurant Makeover, wherein a bowling alley cook seriously believed that her chicken covered with cheese on a bun and microwaved weiners were the best things on EARTH.

  5. I didn’t mind Victoria at all, but every episode, she sassed Twiggy! Not that I love Twiggy. But as an aside, nobody has been able to pull off scholar model since Cycle 1 Elyse, and that’s the tooth.
