Arcade Fire Get Creepy Part II

Hm. So last week I reported that the Arcade Fire might have had some potentially big announcement on their website, with the enticing teaser: be oNline B October 6th.

Well I checked it out in between numerous helpings of Thanksgiving turkey and I don’t get it. There was a fun little interactive click-able video for “Neon Bible” but that was it. I was expecting some great announcement – maybe an awesome collaboration of some sort? But no – just a fun little interactive video.

But this did get me to click around the rest of their site, and I have to admit, it’s pretty damn fun/interesting/creepy. Visually creative, kind of mysterious, fun little videos/sound-bytes – overall, a successful showcasing of a great band.

So final verdict: October 6th, not necessarily “be oNline”-worthy, but definitely time not wasted either.
