Recognizing the best band names, sex appeal and reasons to go en francais, CBC Radio 3′s Bucky Awards bring a new kind of flavour to award giving.
Last night Radio 3 announced its winners for 2010, with Arcade Fire, surprise, surprise, coming out on top with two Buckies: Best Song (“The Suburbs”) and Best Lyric (“Ready To Start”).
Other winners on the night included Dan Mangan for Best Live Act, Hollerado for Best Video (“Americanarama”) and Polaris Music Prize winners Karkwa were voted as the Best Reason To Learn French.

Best Song: Arcade Fire – “The Suburbs”

Sexiest Artist: Maylee Todd
