It's 80s-mania around here! First New Kids On The Block tour updates, and now New Order news! (The fact that both have the word "New" in their names is entirely coincidental... I think).
ANYways, New Order will be releasing a special live DVD entitled Live In Glasgow. It will showcase their two-night gig at Glasgow's Carling Academy back in October of 2006.
The 2-disc DVD, which hits stores June 24, will feature 5.1 Surround Sound and will contain a plethora of their amazing career spanning songs and of course that includes their great hits such as the oft-covered Bizarre Love Triangle and the oft-sampled Blue Monday. And if that's not enough, the discs will contain some rare performances of Joy Division songs.
So if you're an 80s buff, feeling nostalgic, or simply just a plain ol' music buff, this concert DVD will definitely be worth checking out.
(Unless, of course, they no longer "have it" - which is quite possible. That would be sad.)
So many good concerts coming up. But this one I can do without
