Video Of The Week: Pretty Ricky f/ Butta Creme "Cuddle Up"

Ok, this video pick of the week comes with much excitement because it's everything you miss from the 80's/90's rolled into one music video. Pretty Ricky nails this one right on the head! Check out the MC Hammer haircuts. Now there's a blast from the past! But when paired with the gold teeth and Mister T thick gold chains, it's even crazier! And when Pretty Ricky's doing his shirtless singing and dancing or roof-top leather jacket routine...H-Town or Jodeci, anyone?

But wait, there's more! I love the SWV/Salt n' Peppa/Fly Girls feel that Butta Creme gives off. Their first shot may make you glad that the baggy jeans, sports bra and Docs phase is long gone, but when these girls started to dance, I never thought I'd be so excited about the Butterfly or the Funky Charleston! And dancing with knee pads!? Come on! That's gold! Why these things ever left the scene, I can only cry about.

After watching this video, I've decided that a resurrection of the Running Man, Roger Rabbit and all things Jazz dance is in order...and pronto! Someone's gotta bring it all back...Pretty Ricky and Butta Creme, thanks for stepping up to the plate!
