Swimming Cats ... And Kid Rock Or Whatever

Kid Rock is like, "aww.. shucks... yeaaaaaa, I'm performing at the VMAs but.. y'know... it's nuthin'"

* Swimming cats are a marvel of the universe and you should never care about anything else ever again (unless it's cats on treadmills).

* Kid Rock will perform his summer jam at the MTV VMAs, adding to the Jo Bros and Lil Wayne roster. Oh, and there's a pretty sweet contest that just started (win music for a year!), you should totally enter.

* Kitson, a store which sells Lauren Conrad's label, is now giving the stuff away. Maybe this is being taken out of context, like you know, it's the end of a season and you can't sell spring stuff in the fall... or maybe her stuff just kind of blows.

* If you've ever wanted to creepily spy on Michael Cera, here's your moment of vicariousness. You're welcome.

* OMG, Hamburger shoes.
