Avril Lavigne shows off shaved head in Paris

Avril Lavigne is continuing her foray into the world of fashion, first by releasing her own limited Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips (love ‘em!) and now with a new hair trend. Lavigne debuted a half-shaved doo while out in Paris, France last night. The singer has gone for a more natural hair colour, removing her pink and green streaks and replacing the look with a daring half shaved look.

Always one to stay true to her own personal style, Lavigne was photographed with her new hair while wearing her signature black colour, rocking a leather biker jacket and white and black striped top.

Lavigne has been hard at work on her follow up to 2011′s Goodbye Lullaby, working with longtime friend and Nickelback lead singer Chad Kroeger, as well as production team The Runners and former Evanescence member David Hodges.
