Avril’s divorce delays new album

Avril Lavigne’s new album is in jeopardy.
The on-going divorce between Avril and her soon-to-be ex husband Sum 41’s Deryck Whibley has delayed the release of her album, which was expected last November.
A source close to the separated couple says they are clashing in the studio as they try to finish the last few songs. The divorce proceedings have also gotten ugly, as Whibley has asked for spousal support and half of Lavigne’s fortune.
Avril’s new album, by the way, is said to be an acoustic album tentatively named The Pink Crust.
