So, Baby Shambles was released. If you’re not familiar with Baby Shambles that’s fine. They’re not popular in North America. However, you more likely have heard of The Libertines. Pete Doherty (the singer of Baby Shambles) used to sing for The Libertines before the band booted him for being a junkie-crackhead.

I dig the Libertines, so I picked up Baby Shambles. Don’t really dig it. It’s 16 tracks. And so far, I’ve enjoyed about 4. Tops. Maybe I’ll warm up to it, but not yet. That’s cool, I mean I’m glad I have this CD in my collection, however, I paid $30 plus tax for it (it’s an import). You know what? That pisses me off.

I’ll give the album a few more run throughs, I’ll let you know if my opinion changes.
