People are commenting on Diablo Cody’s/Ellen Page’s blog entry (see below) as such:
- “OMG! I DIDN’T KNOW YOU WERE COMING! ARGHWTFCOPTERS!!”
Well, I knew they were coming to Much. But I didn’t *know*. Does that make sense? No? Well, screw you. Here’s what I mean: today, for the first time, I started reading Diablo Cody’s blog. And let me tell you, she’s like some overlord sentence master from the legendary lands of hilarity. I sat here, giggling aloud, while other (way more geeky) dot commers stared at the back of my head. It’s THAT FUNNY! People glaring at your laughing noggin funny! And let me tell you again, if I had known that I would become such a superfan in a matter of hours, two days ago I would have been *all over* her appearance on MOD. As it were, I took photos of her thinking, “boy, she’s like a famous version of my friend Erin.”
I started reading her entries from 2005 and gradually worked my way to early 2006. Recently, her blog moved to a new server and I noted happily that she linked to her guest entry on our own little blog. Oh, Diablo Cody, will you be my bestest friend?
An excerpt:
I was cleaning the living room and listening to “Big Poppa” today (possibly the only song ever to glorify eggs, cheese and Welch’s Grape) and I had to note the Best Lyric Ever.
Biggie: “You got a gun up in your waist, please don’t shoot up the place.”
Puffy: “Why?”
WHY? Good question, Puff. Unsheathing a gat and firing on hundreds of innocent bystanders is always a sound decision. Why, indeed? Gunplay livens up any soiree! Loosen up, Biggie!
Diablo Cody: now ranking with my top bloggers, an illustrious list including Elyse Sewell, Mindy Ephron and Rich @ Four Four (also known as 1/3 the guest list for my ultimate dinner party).

If you knew they were coming to Much, how come it wasn’t reported on the webpage? It must have been a pretty spontanious appearance.
