Britney Spears almost quit The X Factor on her first day

We all know that the latest addition to The X Factor, Britney Spears, has a thing for walking off sets. It was reported when the show first started production that the star stormed off, but executives from the show assured us that Spears was merely going to the bathroom. But fellow judge Simon Cowell is finally clearing the air about the super star’s first day at work.
“No one is going to admit that on the first day your highest paid star after 20 minutes has walked off set,” Cowell says, in a recent interview. He goes on to say that she “had a moment on the first day where she said to me ‘I’m not sure I can do this.’”
Thankfully, for Cowell and for us, he was able to talk her back into returning and now, Spears is reportedly loving it. In a recent interview with Elle Magazine, Spears expands on this, adding, “(I was) extremely nervous. I was having panic attack after panic attack.”
