Don’t call it a comeback! Britney’s back, y’all! Amidst the current tabloid drama surrounding allegations that Britney’s boyfriend, Jason Trawick, is physically abusive towards the singer, Britney Spears took to Twitter yesterday to announce that she will be releasing new music in March 2011.

The start tweeted “I’m almost done with my new album and it will be coming out this March. I AM IN L-O-V-E WITH IT!”. Britney has been working on the follow up to 2008′s Circus with producers Max Martin and Dr. Luke, who was behind three of Britney’s songs off of Circus.

In addition to her making her new music announcement and thanking fans for their birthday wishes (the singer turned 29 yesterday), Spears also use Twitter to shoot down the allegations that Trawick has been abusive towards the singer. Britney tweeted, “Ok, off on a romantic weekend with Jason for my birthday. xoxo Brit,” as well as “PS – Star Magazine, Radar Online, Jason Alexander and the rest of you liars, Ya’ll can kiss my lily white southern Louisiana a**!” That’s Britney, b**ch.
