Ok…
So I already spoke about this on air the other day…but I feel the need to say it again. Go buy City & Colour “Sometimes” RIGHT NOW…I’m not kidding!
It’s Dallas Green’s solo project (on the other end of the musical spectrum from ALEXISONFIRE), and it is one of the most beautiful, moving, brilliant CD’s that I have had the pleasure of listening to in FOREVER! From the honest, raw lyrics (that made me cry), to the acoustic guitar, and last but certainly not least, his voice…this cd is perfection.
I HAVE YET TO FIND A SONG THAT I DO NOT LOVE!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO BUY THIS CD. It will deeply affect you.
