Cass McCombs “The Same Thing” (Video)

After giving us the bleak WIT’S END earlier this year, Cass McCombs has come back with his second album of 2011, Humor Risk. We already heard “The Same Thing” a couple months back, and thankfully Cass has lightened up a bit, making for some nice contrast between the two albums. The video isn’t exactly one that will linger, but the grainy, black and white shots of Cass at home rifling through his cassette collection, performing and traveling on tour go nicely with the tune’s road trippin’ rock.
