Living Like The Cullens

I’m pretty sure it’s almost every teen girl’s dream to say, “Omg! Edward Cullen walked the halls of my house” or “Ahhh! Emmet Cullen touched the walls of kitchen” or even “Bella Swan totally had her birthday party in my living room!” Well now that dream can become a reality. That’s right Twilighters; the Cullen house from The Twilight Saga: New Moon, located in Vancouver, BC, is now up for sale and it can be yours for only… $3, 298, 000. That’s a lot of dog walking, house cleaning and dish doing, but it’s well worth it. The house is amazing. It’s everything you imagine a vampire house would be with rooms like: a Media Room, a “Hobby” room, and even an outdoor pool and hot tub. That’s right, a “hobby” room. Tim: Colon Clogger Burger Challenge

Alright, I tried to eat Dangerous Dan’s Colon Clogger**… I couldn’t do it, I want to see who can!
Go down to Dangerous Dan’s (714 Queen Street East, Toronto). I want video evidence that you were able to eat this sucker. So go eat it, make a video (no music), put it on Youtube and email us the link (ondemand@muchmusic.com), with the subject line “colon clogger”. This is a challenge for anyone who wants to try it. This also goes out to bands…!

Dumpster Diving for Twilight

I don’t know about you guys and gals, but If I found the sequel script for Twilight, I would have not returned it without full benefits. (cough, what would you do?) But it seems like Casey Ray is paying much more for her ‘good’ deed.
Owner of a beauty store in St. Louis, Missouri, Ray was waiting around for her fiancee when she spotted two film scripts in a dumpster nearby. One labeled “Memoirs” and the other, “New Moon”, which hits theaters next Friday. The multimillionaire dollar company behind the ever-so-popular movie production based on Stephine Meyer’s Twilight offered the female two tickets for the movie premiere for both movies as well as after-party access.

Ok, so I’m not sure if you know this but I love a good prank… well I love pranking! I don’t know anyone who likes getting pranked… but I probably get pranked just as much as I prank others. Seeing as how it happens so much to me, I really love watching it happen to other people because I know too well what it’s like. I’m pretty sure we all can relate.
But lets get to it - Taylor Swift got pranked on Ellen’s show and it was hilarious!!!! Check it out below. I love how she freaks out, bounces off the wall and hits the floor! Hahaha so good! The Silence Has Ended … With a Press Release
Today is the day that I’ve been waiting for. Now I’m finally allowed to talk about my job at MuchMusic. It’s been a surreal time so far and I can’t wait for the rest. So far the response has been overwhelming & I thank everyone who has followed me on Twitter, joined my Facebook Fan Page & commented on my Blog. I filmed a little segment today about myself that you’ll be seeing soon, hopefully; it’s about where I’ve lived in Toronto since I’ve moved here from Vancouver in December. So many great memories and I really do hope I give the right impression with this first preview into who I am! Right now as I am writing this, I am also prepping for my first on air segment going live on Monday morning at noon with VideoFlow.
So since I’ve been silent the last few days, I thought I’d give you a short recap of the events that have been going on in This Life as a MuchMusic VJ when I last left off at Day 2.

Subtle Sexuality

As if I needed another reason to have Mindy Kaling as a personal hero.
She just shot a music video for Kelly Kapoor’s new girl group Subtle Sexuality (for The Office’s new web series) - and it’s an OBVIOUS future #1 single. Even better though is the website dedicated to the group, complete with photos, fan club, world tour dates (currently listed: 4 open mic nights in Pennsylvania) and of course, the video. Also: an amazing bio that says they’re inspired by “J. Hud, Rihanna, Katy Perry and all the Kardashians.” I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS GROUP.

Stereos Dan: Signing This Sunday

Hey what’s happenin everybody? This is my first blog since the album was released, I should’ve written one sooner but it’s been crazy in Stereos world!!!
Last Saturday we did a signing at Markville mall in Markham, and I gotta say it was one of the most amazing times I’ve had. I can’t believe so many fans came out to support us and hang out. We even got gifts! There were some fans I recognized from other shows/events as well as a ton of new fans, which we were really excited about. We’re truly blessed with all our loyal supporters, we wouldn’t be here if we didnt have em. So, we stayed and signed everything we could til the mall asked us to leave, haha.
We have another signing this weekend at West 49 in Vaughan Mills Mall on Sunday, November 1st at 2pm. As a special treat, we are going to play a few acoustic tracks as well. I hope to see even more fans at this one, so come say hi and hang out!!!
