Dumpster Diving for Twilight

I don’t know about you guys and gals, but If I found the sequel script for Twilight, I would have not returned it without full benefits. (cough, what would you do?) But it seems like Casey Ray is paying much more for her ‘good’ deed.
Owner of a beauty store in St. Louis, Missouri, Ray was waiting around for her fiancee when she spotted two film scripts in a dumpster nearby. One labeled “Memoirs” and the other, “New Moon”, which hits theaters next Friday. The multimillionaire dollar company behind the ever-so-popular movie production based on Stephine Meyer’s Twilight offered the female two tickets for the movie premiere for both movies as well as after-party access.

Scawwy Movies!!!

Some of y’all might be tearing the town up tonight, but I’ll be planted firmly on my couch with MINIMUM 3 scary movies - ones I’ve never seen before! Here’s what I’m thinking of renting: Drag Me To Hell, [REC] and… Hocus Pocus. Ok, I know that one’s not scary, but it’s essential Halloween viewing. Also, it made Kate cry when she was a Brownie. Anyway, what would you rent if you were in my shoes? I don’t do gore well (no Saws, no Hostels please - however, I will watch ANY zombie movie) - but what would you recommend?

Paranormal Activity doesn’t seem so normal
Friday, October 23rd, 2009When ever I’m on Twitter I check up on the trending topics. Girl’s gotta stay informed ya know? Any who so a few weeks ago there I am tweeting away and my eyes glance over to the right of the screen because hey I wanna know what’s up. And what’s up? Paranormal Activity. Some horror movie? Hm alright. And off I went not thinking much off it.
A few weeks later it seems that Paranormal Activity is everywhere! It’s still a trending topic that everyone wont stop talking about.
What started off as a low-budget film with a limited release has now gone wide. This movie that had been filmed in the director’s own house, was only playing in a small handful of theaters. Quickly, the trailer began to go viral. The end of said trailer urges fans to “demand it” to play in their city or town if it wasn’t already, and that’s just what they did.
Time has written up on how unconventional the film is. Not that much blood and gore, or crazy special effects. Apparently after watching it people are spending sleepless nights. People have walked out because they’re so scared! It even freaked out Steven Spielberg!

NEW MOON TAKES A BITE OUT OF INDIE

The tracklist for the New Moon soundtrack was revealed yesterday (finally!) and bares both: the good and the bad (nothing involving RPats and Tay Tay could ever be ugly).
So, in with the good: THE SOUNDTRACK IS GOING TO BE TWI-MAZING (too much?) and out with the bad: RPatz will NOT be serenading you into an obsess-icoma this time around – well, at least not musically. Not to worry though, while he may not be on the tracklist for the New Moon soundtrack, this dreamy fang boat will still be on the album cover. So all’s not completely lost, right?

Zac Efron is all classy!
Friday, September 18th, 2009I have a confession. I love me some Zac. Before I would keep this fact as my little secret, but now with this movie trailer out for Me and Orson Welles I no longer need to hide my love away. He’s all grown up! He’s from a classy past! Watch!
Swooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon! Am I right or am I right? Now if you could please excuse me I’m off to build a time machine. I want to go back to the old fashioned classy past. Classy Zac Efron included.

And in other news, the Arrested Development movie is in a stalemate. WHAT THE EFF. A lady gets all excited, what with cast members confirming its existence, and then THIS. One day my prince will come (in the form of an Arrested Development movie). Mind you, this is kind of based on speculation, so like… let’s not over-react here.

ZOMG TARANTINOZ

REASONS WHY I AM EXCITED:
1. Quentin motherflipping Tarantino will be on MOD tomorrow (with Eli Roth, aka Donny Donowitz in the movie, aka director of Hostel). As far as I’m concerned, QT is BAWSE and I will be doing everything in my power to not physically launch myself at him with a stream of nonsensical blabber.
2. Inglourious Basterds opens in just over a week. I saw it, I love it, I will be seeing it again on opening night.
OTHER THINGS THAT ARE RANDOM BUT NOT REALLY CAUSE THEY’RE RELATED TO THE ABOVE:
1. The LA premiere of Basterds took place last night. Brangelina showed up and looked hot. Every time they show up in public together, babies are made around the world.
2. QT is a prankster on set, as seen with this slightly NSFW stunt he has been known to pull on location.
3. In preparation for tomorrow’s EXCITING MOD INTERVIEW, check out the Basterds website and download yo’self a spiffy wallpaper like I did!
