Cee Lo gets sentimental in video for Only You

Cee Lo has debuted his first single, Only You, off his upcoming fourth solo album, Everybody’s Brother. Teaming up with singer Lauriana Mae, the sexy crooner delivers a surprising love ballad, a departure from the funk and bravado found on his most recent work, The Lady Killer.

The impressive imagery used in Only You gives off an Inception-vibe, with a city closing in and changing shapes on the heartbroken singers, who can’t seem to find one another. Music video director Ethan Lader is making a name for himself with his impressive use of CGI and camera trickery, which in addition to Only You has also been seen in his videos for One Republic (Good Life) and Dev (In The Dark).
