Break out the chocolates and heart-shaped candy! It’s Valentine’s Day and all your favourite stars are in the mood for love. From glam-pop power couple Katy Perry and Russell Brand to “Step Up” sweethearts Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan, it looks like this is one holiday celeb couples are taking seriously.

Perry and Brand are known for their over-the-top declarations of love so we just knew the duo would go all out for their first Valentine’s Day together. According to a report in the “Daily Star,” Katy Perry will make her fiance a very happy man today by surprising him with a pimped-out ride: a customized lilac Bentley Brooklands. If this is true, she’s a keeper, Russell!

As for Tatum and Dewan, the couple will probably take a more low-key approach today. Tatum recently revealed to Hollywood Life that he likes to show his affection for his wife with hand-written letters. “I write little notes and put them around the house,” he said. Awww!

It may seem like every day is Valentines Day for the next couple, but Nick Cannon promises to make this day special for his wife Mariah Carey.

Mariah’s husband revealed to Hollyscoop that today “is one of my favourite days,” he said. “I’m a hopeless romantic. I have to shower my wife with something amazing.”
