Chad VanGaalen’s Cassette Tape Series (MP3s)

Calgary, Alberta’s Chad VanGaalen is one busy guy. He’s not only touring in support of his most recent album, Diaper Island, but he’s also put together a Cassette Tape Series, which is made up of 8 tapes that include a slew of unreleased tracks. As of now, there are a limited number of tapes that will only be sold at merch tables at his live shows. If you’re interested in getting your hands on these gems, take a look at VanGaalen’s tour dates here. As his label Flemish Eye explains, “The albums represent different facets of Chad’s fascination with sound, both as a songwriter and as an experimentalist.” To witness these different facets, you can stream one song from each tape below, which Flemish Eye so graciously put together.
