Well life ain’t breezy for Chris Brown as he has failed a random drug test that he took back in June. In his defense, Brown says that after testing positive for pot, he told Virginia officials that he had a medical marijuana card and he smoked the marijuana in California. The drug test was not ordered by a California judge, but is routine in Virginia. The test was conducted in Virginia and there is some speculation that this could impact the conditions of his probation after the 2009 assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

There is a hearing set up for November 1 to assess the situation in court. There is also word that Chris Brown had also violated other aspects of his probation, such an imposed travel restrictions. Patricia Schnegg, the judge who has set up the November 1 hearing, warned Chris, “I’m not going to order a subsequent drug test, but this is my advice to you: You are not an average person,” Schnegg said to Brown. “A lot of people look up to you, a lot of kids. What you do and what you say impacts a lot of people.”
