Christian Louboutin Is Running After Men

Christian Louboutin is famous for his high-heels and red soles and his ability to make millions of women around the world feel faint at the sight of a pair of his shoes. Now the footwear designer is launching a new line targeted at guys!

The first release from the spring/summer 2012 collection is this sneaker-type shoe called the “No Limit” men’s flat and it’s well…definitely a shoe that makes a statement. With metal spikes, rhinestones, zebra fur and a mixture of earth tones, this pair of shoes is as bold as it is wacky. And though pricing hasn’t been announced just yet, you can expect it to be in the high hundreds if not thousands of dollars, just like Louboutin’s for women.

The company says the shoes are for men who appreciate fashion and design and like to stand out in a crowd. Unfortunately, we can’t think of many guys who would wear these…can you? Tweet us your thoughts on the Christian Louboutin “No Limit” shoe for men @trendingtheshow.
