Controversy over Metric T-shirt

Metric stirred up a bit of controversy over the T-shirt they designed in support of Haiti. The initial T-shirt design featured the words “help I’m alive” along with “Haiti relief, love Metric”. The design raised some eyebrows as to the appropriateness of the words “help I’m alive” with regards to the devastated country.

Metric responded today with an apology and a new T-shirt design that features a white ribbon and the words “help Haiti”.
