Cute alert: Katy Perry’s “California Gurls” gets remade by dogs!

Sure, the song is a couple of years old now, but that doesn’t make this clip any less cute! Puppies were recruited to recreate Katy Perry’s California Gurls video which includes dog treats instead of candy, puppies instead of humans and a star called Katy Puppy! If you don’t smile watching this, you might be heartless.

The clip even extends to the first few seconds of Perry’s Wide Awake video — do we sense a sequel coming on?
