Fall is my power season. This is the time of year where any personal gain that I hope to make during the rest of the year has to be set into motion. I don’t know what it is about the fall but it seems very conducive with personal growth. We decided here at The Wedge to try and instil this philosophy in you, the dear viewers.
In this episode we are going to help you strengthen your body though JOGGING! Yes, one look at me and you know I love any excuse to get out there and jog. Also on this episode I ran into my good friend Sam Sutherland, who is the author of the amazing new book on the first wave of the Canadian punk, Perfect
Youth. Sam helps me (and by extension you the viewer) strengthen my mind when it comes to some of the current awesome crop of punk inspired bands coming out of Vancouver these day.
