We just got David Guetta’s video for Titanium and we can’t help but think that we need super powers. The track, which os off of Guetta’s Nothing But The Beat, is sung by Sia, one of the best female vocalists out there right now. You might have heard of Sia before, as she is on another hit with Flo Rida’s Wild Ones, but also maybe because she was part of the group Zero 7 and has a solo album out as well. Guetta and Sia, alongside Giorgio Tuinfort and Afrojack wrote the song, which is about inner strength. Over and over we hear Sia sing an empowering warning to all the haters, “You shoot me down but I won’t fall, I am titanium.”

The video features a young boy played by Ryan Lee who seems to be at the epicenter of an explosive supernatural event. You might recognize Ryan as he played Cary from the movie Super 8. We watch the boy try to escape the authorities as they try to pin him down for the supernatural occurrence at the school. If you’re a fan of X-Men, you’re going to love this video because though the storytelling is simple, it is beautifully subtle.
