Adam’s secret is revealed to the school, Anya’s family gets devastating news and Dave finds out that he and Ms. Oh are not friends.

Adam’s secret is finally confirmed for viewers! Adam was born as Gracie, but is now FTM, or Female Transitioning Male. He’s a transgendered teen and the only people that know are his family. But not for long.

Adam and Bianca are totally hitting it off in dance class. Adam has a close call when the supply teacher (big ups to SYTYCD Canada judge Jean Marc Genereux) uses his birth name while calling out attendance instead of Adam. My stomach dropped into my butt. Scary!

No one really seemed to notice, but later in the day Adam bumps into Clare in the hallway and drops his tampons. Oh shizz. Fitz and Owen walk by and Clare (bless her little gifted heart) covers for Adam and says the tampons are hers.

The next day Adam tells Eli and Clare his big secret and they react as good friends would, with compassion and understanding…and fart jokes.

Later that day Adam tries asking Bianca out. She playfully pushes his chest and realizes that he’s not as flat as he should be. She rips open his shirt to reveal the bandages that Adam wears everyday to flatten his breasts. Bianca begins screaming in the hallway and calls Adam a freak as he flees.

After hearing the news from Bianca, Fitz and Owen corner Adam in the bathroom, push him into the urinals and try to force him to show them his penis. When Adam tries to get away Owen picks him up and throws him into a glass door, breaking the glass and thankfully not killing Adam.

Drew finds Adam and tells him that he’s not letting anyone hurt his brother. Adam tries to stop Drew, but Drew starts a fight with Owen and Fitz and ends up getting beat up by Fitz. Can we please expel Owen and Fitz and charge them as well? Thank you.

Anya is put into a group with Sav and Holly J for a History project. That measures up to some serious suckage on the crappy scale for her. Ex-boyfriend and ex-bestie who she probably has guessed are dating? I think I’d take a F on the assignment and skip class for the week.

Like a trooper she works on the project with the twosome, but leaves at lunchtime to take her mom some soup after she stayed home from work sick. Anya and Leia arrive to find Anya’s house empty, her moms car gone and her moms wedding rings on the table. Leia tells Anya that her mom must be having an affair and Anya confronts her mother with the allegations the next morning. Mrs. MacPherson tells Anya she’s not having an affair but was getting an MRI scan done.

The next day Anya goes home to find her parents waiting to talk to her. Nothing is really confirmed or denied, but it seems like Anya’s mom is not okay health-wise. Oh Degrassi, I just know you’re going to make me start crying soon.

Dave isn’t doing very well in Ms. Oh’s class and tries to come up with a plan to get on her good side. Dave and Mr. P bond over their mutual love of old movies, so Connor suggests that Dave find something in common with Ms. Oh. Dave and Wesley check out Ms. Oh’s Facerange page and find out that she and her boyfriend like motorcycles.

Dave makes his next assignment, a blog, motorcycle themed, complete with pics of Ms. Oh from her Facerange site. He gets a failing grade and most likely is in big, big troubs.
