Demi Lovato gets called out on the X Factor for using auto-tune

We’ve seen a number of clips from the upcoming season of The X Factor where new judge Demi Lovato dishes out some digs at fellow judge Simon Cowell, but here’s a new clip of a contestant taking a shot at the singer.
In this preview of the show, which sees Lovato and pop star Britney Spears joining the panel, a contestant fires back at Lovato after she tells him that “a lot of people work really, really hard for their dreams, but it’s not meant for everybody.”
The man promptly retaliates by telling her, “That’s why you use auto-tune and I don’t.”
Spears jumps to Lovato’s defence, though, telling him, “I want to know who let you on stage. I feel uncomfortable with you even staring at me.”
He then storms off, with the audience booing him. Rightly so!
