Devon: Sneak Peek of VMAs

Well, the tour of the MTV awards set just wrapped up and let me say…… uh ……it was ridiculous. In the best way possible.

Russell Brand, the show’s host, gave us a private tour. Christina Aguilera showed up to tell us she was performing at the show, with a new look (futuristic) and a new sound (equally futuristic).

TI came swinging in off of a scaffolding to talk about his performance….

Kanye West is going to be closing the show, Katy Perry is doing a version of ‘Like a Virgin’, Lil Wayne may or may not be performing with Kid Rock….. who we saw rehearse.

Britney will be opening the show…. not performing but in a “mind blowing capacity” according to Russell Brand.

Ps: The show is not IN a set. The set is outside. They’ve built a city!!!! It’s blocks and blocks of downtown Chicago in the 30s. That’s right….. it’s a city built on the Paramount lot. Like a movie set.

This is going to be insane!
