Dirty Projectors “Hi Custodian” (Video)

In the twenty minutes it takes to complete Dirty Projectors’ Hi Custodian, you’ll find yourself both enthralled and engaged by the cinematic images and disjointed scenes that manage to manipulate the senses. It is a short directed by frontman David Longstreth and includes music from Swing Lo Magellan. It stars the entire band and, according to a press release, was inspired by Kanye West’s “Runaway” and Prince’s Purple Rain.
