DJ AM’s home for sale

DJ AM’s bachelor pad is up for sale.

The four-bedroom, 3300 square foot home in Beverly Hills has been put on the market by the late DJ’s estate for a whopping $3.8 million dollars (U.S.).

The price is actually half of what AM paid back in 2007, but as we all know, living in the home of a beloved deceased celebrity has its price.

And just in case you’re considering buying it, AM passed away this past August in his New York City apartment, not his California mansion.
