Drake Recording With Toronto Hip Hop Artist The Weeknd!

Our boy Drake tweeted last night “Studio with @theweekndxo…young kings” giving props to Toronto hip hop artist Abel Tesfaye AKA The Weeknd.

Hailing from Toronto himself, Drake‘s been hitting the recording studio with The Weeknd as they work on finishing his follow-up album “Thursday“. His first album, “House of Balloons” (which Drake helped promote), was released in 2010.

When asked when the album will be ready, The Weeknd said we should expect it “sooner than later” and it should be out for the summer.
