Eat Your Brain And Gain Your Knowledge

Being the Tarantino-ist that I am, it’s no secret that I was sitting in the theatre at 2:30pm last Friday to see Grindhouse, the two movie extravaganza directed by my man QT and his buddy Robert Rodriguez. Let’s just say that I may not cry at girly movies, but my eyes were watering from joy at the end of this very non-girly flick.

Here’s the round-up:

If you don’t know, there are two completely separate movies that make up a 3 hour viewing experience. The first one, “Planet Terror”, is a zombie flick and it was the overall best of the two. Plus, Rose McGowan has a machine gun for a leg. AWESOME. Quentin’s “Death Proof” was like…an hour long Tarantino talking scene followed by 20 minutes of amazing. I am in LOVE with the ending. I think, really, I’m just in love with badass bitches.

In conclusion, here’s a song from the movie that I’ve been listening to on repeat for two days. Go here and make sure that “Chick Habit” by April March is playing, and you’ll be ready to groove like me.
