Prepare your ears for screams across the world – Ed Sheeran has announced that he’s heading into the studio with fellow Brits One Direction. The members of 1D are planning on recording two of Sheeran’s songs for their follow up to Up All Night. Sheeran won’t be performing on the tracks with the five band members, but will be producing the songs, saying “I’m going into the studio in August to produce the tracks for them. I won’t feature on the tracks though. There’s definitely a divide in genre.”
Sheeran told The Daily Star that the two songs are being used for One Direction’s next album and were written by the British singer when he was just 17 years old. Pffft. What was he doing when he was 15? Just wasting time?
