Expert Advice You’ll Want To Know

A few months back we asked our viewers if they had any questions regarding breaking into the music industry. Well, we received all your questions, found some experts in the field and got you some answers/advice.
Over the past couple of months we’ve checked in with some of the top Canadian music industry professionals and dedicated a whole section of the Discovered website to their expert advice. Some of the experts include director RT!, The Agency Group’s Colin Lewis, producer/musician/Discovered mentor Greig Nori, lead singer of Hollerado Menno Versteeg, and many more.
Some of the challenges unsigned bands encounter include creating music videos, touring, and music marketing. Throughout the Discovered season we will be posting videos of our experts’ pointers on those topics and many more. It is important that a band knows what the music industry is looking for and these videos provide great insight into whether your band is heading in the right direction.
